At Wine and Beyond, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your selection is damaged or defective, we offer a 14-day return window for an exchange or store credit. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or digital order confirmation.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or corked.
- 3.Return to Store
Bring the item to any Wine and Beyond physical location or use the provided pre-paid shipping label for mail-in returns.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once our specialists inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a replacement immediately.
