Blend of 85% Grüner Veltliner and 15% Chardonnay, this wine undergoes fermentation in large wooden barrels using native yeasts. It is aged for 12-14 months on fine lees in 500/600-liter wooden barrels that are 5-10 years old. The process includes natural malolactic fermentation, and the wine is neither filtered nor clarified. The only additive used is a small amount of sulfites.
