A small portion of this Pinot Gris is given a short and delicate aging on it lees in new French oak. Crisp, clean and dry with aromas of Okanagan stone fruits and a slight note of almond and nutmeg. Versatile with a range of foods from poultry, salmon, risotto or onion and mushroom quiche.
