The grapes in this blend are Roditis and Savatiano. They are sourced from PGI Peloponnese, Southern Greece. The grapes are destemmed then cold soaked to maximize aromatic extraction. Fermentation is temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation.
