This sparkling wine is a blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier, and 33% Pinot Noir, all sourced from vineyards in the Kelowna region of the Okanagan Valley. The base wine underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and was aged sur lie for 25 months. Following this aging process, the sparkling wine was disgorged and finished with a proprietary dosage to achieve an ideal balance of acidity and delicate sweetness.
