Hay Maker is our attempt to create our favorite daily drinker of a lager. Slightly below 5% ABV using the best Euro lager malts we could find and layering in Alberta malted wheat to give a slight bread note. We then pile in Saphir hops to bring the balance and a pleasant melon and floral note. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
