This whisky is composed of whisky from 65% ex-bourbon cask and 35% Sherry cask. It is 50/50 split peated and unpeated whisky, non chill filtered, natural colour bottled at 46.8% abv. On the nose is nutmeg, toffee apple, Crème brûlée, linseed, Seville oranges, cardamon, Manuka honey, nougat, saltwater and driftwood. On the palate is grapefruit marmalade, flamed orange peel, ripe pear, peach, sweet soya sauce, gentle minerals, warming Sichuan pepper and campfire.
